You can also download a pdf copy of our Car Wrapping Guide for full car vinyl wrap prices and cost information.
This pricing should be used as a cost guide only, as there are several factors which may affect your car vinyl wrap price, including:
- The make and model of your vehicle.
- The amount of coverage or square meterage involved in the wrap.
- The complexity of the application. Some vehicles have a lot of curves and indents on the body, so take extra application time.
- Your choice of car vinyl wrap used. We strongly recommend 3M for its quality however you may choose a lower quality brand to reduce your car wrapping costs.

Car Vinyl Wrap Prices – FAQs
Sometimes, yes. If all other factors are equal – that is, quality 3M films, 3M Advanced Certified specialist applicators, and a company that specialises in vehicle wraps. If these factors aren’t equal then please consider very carefully the real costs of inferior quality.
Remember: “The bitterness of poor quality lasts far longer than the sweetness of a cheap price”. This universal rule of business is so true with regard to car and vehicle wraps.
As a business, you want a car wrap that looks great, represents your brand in the best possible manner, and last long enough to give a return on your original investment. And you want this at an competitive cost. Each vehicle in your fleet can be seen by more than 30 000 vehicles per day – so it’s critical that your car wrap makes a great impression and not a negative one.
Quite often, yes, although that is not our aim. Our aim is normally to be in the mid-to high range for car vinyl wrap prices, when compared to comparative quotes. We want to be remembered for our quality, not for our cost price.
However, with 1000 locations around the world, and 100 around Australia, we do have massive buying power, normally far greater than an individual sign company can have. This helps us to still supply very high quality materials and be extremely competitive on price.
We also have developed specific systems and use industry specific equipment and vinyl. Combined this with extensive car wrapping experience, which enables us to complete your car wrap as efficiently as possible (while not cutting corners on quality).
In business managing your cashflow carefully can sometimes be critical. That is why we have launched our exclusive and Australian-first ‘Signs on Finance’ programme. Instead of paying one lump sum for your vehicle signage requirements, we have a very easy to use process that allows you to finance the signage over a 4 year term, with reducing repayments each year. The finance program is supported by a buyout option after a year, should you require it.

Guide On Car Wrap Pricing Options
Each vehicle is different, and you have many options regarding your wrap including:
Full wrap: A full vinyl wrap includes all paintwork of your vehicle covered with printed graphics, except the roof. This is great for companies who wants to make big impacts with intricate graphics, or powerful colours.
¾ Wrap: a ¾ wrap includes partially covered paintwork, which can be combined with CAD graphics. This option works well for most companies who have interesting graphics they wish to incorporate into the car design, but doesn’t want the full car covered. Covering only a part of the car can be a good way to incorporate interesting graphics which utilises the car itself to send a visual message.
½ Wrap: a ½ wrap is similar to the ¾ wrap, but with less graphics. It’s a great way to create an understated yet powerful visual message, and still keep the cost of the wrap relatively low.
Minimal Graphics: Minimal graphics is exactly that. Usually minimal graphics are in the form of cut vinyl graphics, such as a logo, phone number, email address or bullet points. This is a great way to keep the cost of your vehicle graphics down to a minimum. Minimal graphics leans more on your logo alone to convey your brand message, rather than the use of complex graphics.
Oneway: Oneway vision vinyl wrap is a perforated film installed to your windows. It allows you to see out, but doesn’t allow people to see in. This option is great to use on rear windows of vehicles. The rear window of a vehicle is a highly sought after spot for graphics, as that is where you will get the most time with your potential clients. But due to restrictions regarding windows on cars, we can’t cover your rear window with a normal vinyl wrap. That’s where Oneway is the perfect solution. It’ll allow you to use that prime graphics location on your car, and still be able to see out.
